Refund Policy
Refunds for all courses will be considered on a case-by-case basis but must be requested prior to certification.
Apex Training Group LLC will offer alternative solutions prior to issuing a refund. No refunds will be considered for participants after the hands-on skill check has been completed.
Students who do not complete the online course PRIOR to arriving to the hands-on skills check will not be issued refunds but may be considered for class rescheduling for an additional fee (where applicable).
Proof of Course Completion (Where applicable)
Students MUST provide proof of course completion for all Blended Learning classes by either a) providing a hard copy of the certificate, or b) showing a picture of the completion certificate. The name on the completion certificate must match the name of the student completing the hands-on skill check.
Cancellation & Late/No-Show Policy
Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours in advance. To request a cancellation, please email Dan Schmidt at [email protected].
A student is considered a "no-show" if they are more than 15 minutes late to the class
session or if they do not show up at all. Every effort should be made by the student to contact Apex Training Group if they will be late or if they are unable to attend the class.
If a reasonable effort has been made to contact Apex Training Group, the student will be considered for a refund or class rescheduling without incurring additional fees.
For groups/organizations, no refund will be issued for students that "no-show" the
class. All efforts will be made by Apex Training Group LLC and group
coordinator/organization to reschedule no-show students for another date within 30-days of original class date without incurring any additional charge. No refund will be issued by Apex Training Group LLC for failure to reschedule no-show student within 30-days of original class date.
